I/O

This work is an installation centered on the themes of input and output. A computer generates random visuals using data obtained from time and sensors, and this binary data is printed out. The printed paper slowly falls from a height of 2 meters and is naturally arranged by environmental factors such as air currents and gravity within the space. Through this process, digital data is transformed into a physical form, and viewers can observe how it acquires new visual meaning through random movement and arrangement.

この作品は、Input（入力）とOutput（出力）をテーマにしたインスタレーションです。 コンピュータが時間やセンサーから取得したデータを要素にランダムなビジュアルを生成し、そのバイナリデータをプリンターで出力します。出力された紙は高さ2メートルからゆっくりと落下し、空間の風や重力などの環境要因によって自然に配置されます。このプロセスを通じて、デジタルデータが物理的な形態に変換され、無作為な動きと配置によって新たな視覚的意味を持つ様子を観察できます。
